  • How do I know that I have booked an activity or short break correctly?
After a booking, we will automatically send you an email to the email address that you used during the booking process. This email will show you all the details of your booking.
This first email will confirm you that your booking was correctly done and that your request has been taken into account.
If you don't receive this first email in 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service: (+34) 972 18 32 46 (from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 7pm) or (+34) 639 45 72 46 (during non-working hours). Or just email us:

Once Sportravelling has contacted the supplying company of the activity or short break in order to request availability according to your booking, you will receive a second email confirming that you can do that activity. You will have to show that email the day you do the activity. This same email will be sent to the provider so they can have your contact info and locator number, this way they will be able to identify you.
If you don't receive this second email in at least, 3 days, please contact our Customer Service: (+34) 972 18 32 46 (from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 7pm) or on <%= %> (during non-working hours). Or just email us:

We will only contact you again (a third time) to inform you of the possible changes that your booking request could suffer (for instance, if the provider decided to cancel your activity due to force majeure).

Sportravelling will no be held responsible if the customer does not receive all the different booking confirmation emails because they did not introduced their email address correctly or if these emails are redirected to their spam folder automatically.
Please, make sure your contact data is correct.
  • How do I make a reservation?
Booking an activity or short break is really easy.
Once you know what you want to do, just click “Book now!” and you will automatically access to our three-step booking process:

STEP 1 – Booking data
Depending on the activity, you will have to select the start and finish date, the number of people that will do the activity (in case it can be modified) and all the supplements you want (if the activity or short break you are trying to book has any available).
The final price of the activity/short break will be calculated automatically according to all the changes you do to these fields.

STEP 2 – Personal data
You will have to fill all the form with your contact information that both the provider company and Sportravelling need.
Once you are finished, you have to accept the activity conditions and the general booking conditions so can go to the last step.

STEP 3 – Payment
The final price of the activity/short break will appear and you will be able to proceed with its payment (by credit card or bank transfer).

During the whole process a brief description of the booked activity/short break will appear on the top part of the screen so you will always know what you have booked.

Customers agree to go to the place where the activity/short break is be done. You have the obligation of cancelling your booking if you know you will no be able to assist.   • When will the payment be done?
Once your booking process is over, the total price of the activity/short break will be charged.
The payment of all the activities will be done once the customer is in the third step of the booking process.
The payment of the activity/short break needs to be done. In no other way the booking request will be taken into account.
  • I already filled in the form of the booking process. Does this mean that my activity/short break is guaranteed?
In most of the cases it is not like this (no, it is simply a booking request). Once the booking process is done, Sportravelling will contact the provider of the booked activity (in less than 24 hours) and will ask for its availability given the booked date and number of people. Once everything is confirmed by the provider, we will send you a second email confirming you your vacant activity, the date, the locator number, the exact place, the name of the provider and its contact info, etc.

  • What if the activity I already booked is not available given my selected date and number of people?
Some activities may be in high demand at certain times of the year and, therefore, they may not be totally available.
If an activity has been booked but its provider confirms us that there are no free days to do it, the Sportravelling team will suggest you these different options:
  • The possibility of postponing the activity until the provider confirms us that it is available again.
  • We will look for an alternative provider in the same region/town offering similar activities (in this case, prices may vary).
  • We will look for an alternative provider in a different region/town offering similar activities (in this case, prices may vary).
  • The total refund for the price of the booked activity/short break.
In order to avoid all the problems that this situation may lead to, we recommend you to book as soon as possible.
  • What is the locator number that appears on my second email?
The locator number is useful for two reasons: it helps us identify a specific booking and customer and, it also helps the provider identify you and know the activity you booked (remember they also receive the second confirmation email).
  • Where do I have to go to enjoy my already booked activity/short break?
There will be a map on the second email, the one confirming the activity or short break, showing you exactly where you have to go. Besides, you will also have all the necessary information regarding the provider of the activity such as their address, town and telephone number.

Even so, if you are not still sure where you have to go, please let us know as soon as possible.

  • How can I cancel a previously booked activity?
In case you want to cancel a previously booked activity, the cancellation process will have to begin, at least, from 5 days to 2 working weeks (cancellation policies vary depending on the provider so it is important to read the exact policies for each activity: some of them, once booked cannot be cancelled) before the start date of the booking. In this case, the total price of the activity will be paid in the following 30 days after this request.

If the cancellation is done within this established period of time, there won't be any kind of additional cost.
If the cancellation of the activity is done after this period of time, the activity will be considered as already done and the price of the same will not be returned.

  • Can be it be cancelled by a force majeure?
If due to force majeure the activity cannot be done, you could agree with the provider whether to postpone the activity or a total refund for its price instead, with no additional costs (we would give you your money back once the provider communicated us your decision).

If the day the activity is supposed to be done, the provider company decides that the activity cannot be done because it may be dangerous and/or they cannot guarantee your safety, you will be refunded for the total price of the booked activity.
In this case, Sportravelling will not be held responsible for the possible causes an activity may be cancelled.
  • What happens if I do not show up or I'm late on the day of the activity?
Once you book an activity or short break, you have the obligation to show up at the meeting point of the activity within the specified hour provided in the confirmation email.
f you do not follow that schedule, the provider of the activity will not have the obligation of assuring you the completion of the activity. It will be considered as done and there will be no change or even refund for the total price of the activity.
In case you are late the day of the activity, the provider company may deduct that time from the total time of the activity.

Sportravelling will not be held responsible for any of the reasons an activity may be cancelled..
If the provider of the activity contacts Sportravelling soon enough and during its working hours, Sportravelling will duly inform the customer and will return the total price of the booking.
In case any of the following changed (date, hour, place, etc.), Sportravelling would proceed the same way.

  • Can you not find activities in the city or village you want?
Nowadays, our activity offer is focused on the main cities and villages of la Costa Brava for two main reasons: because of the big volume of activities that take place in them, and because they are the closest towns to us.
Even so, we are constantly working to offer you the most varied activities in all the cities and thus have a more uniform supply.
We would be really glad if you helped us improve our activity offer with all your suggestions.
  • What kind of activities can I find in Sportravelling?
The Sportravelling team is constantly working so we can offer you the widest range of activities, always with the common denominator of sport and tourism in la Costa Brava.
  • How can I find activities or short breaks?
Finding all that you are looking for is really easy with Sportravelling. You can do it in different ways: you can use the menu that you will find in the top part of the home page (depending on whether you prefer activities, short breaks or events), you can also click on any of the images of the main slide show and they will take you to those activities they are related to, you also have a searcher in the central part of the home page or the small slide show on the right side. Lastly, the four banners in the bottom part of the home page can also be used to search for any of the experiences, activities or short breaks that you want to do.

  • Is Sportravelling safe?
It is really safe. All your bank data is directly transmitted to the bank's charging platforms without Sportravelling or third parties being able to access at any time to your confidential information.
  • Do I have any guarantee if I book any activity or short break with Sportravelling?
Just exactly the same guarantee if you book any of our activities or short breaks through its original provider.
Besides, we guarantee you the same prices. This means that, with us, all the activities have the same price that if you book a specific service directly through its provider.
  • Which are the main payments methods available in Sportravelling?
