Cancellations policy Snorkelling in Lloret de Mar

If you want to cancel an activity previously booked, you will have to do it, at least, 5 days before the start date of the activity itself. In this case, the 100% of the price of the booking will be paid. If the cancellation is made within this period of time, there will be no additional cost. No cancellation will be accepted after this period of time (5 days before the start date of the activity). If the provider company of the activity or package decides that, due to safety reasons or extreme wheather conditions the booked service cannot be done, they will suggest a new date to the client. If they do not reach an agreement, Sportravelling will repay the total price of this service to the client. This refund will be completed in five working days time.
