This course will allow you to acquire the basis of the sailing, practicing it in the calms waters of the Gulf of Roses, just in front of l'Escala.

You could choose between differents boats to learn to sail; like dinghy sailing or multihulls boats: like the catamaran or the trimaran.

If you are beginners and want to embark for the first time on a sailboat, we have a fleet of sailboats for you: such as the RS Tera or the RS Quba.

Multihull boats, due to their structure (more than one hull) and their bigger sail, allow to enjoy a greater stability and speed, which will allow you to sail calmly between the waves.

For the multihulls, it is possible to do this activity with a maximum of four people.

During the courses you will learn more practice than theory.

For the first time, you will try it directly on the water with the help of an instructor team.

The course will begin with a class of the basic concepts of sailing:

  • The direction of the wind

  • How to install the equipment

  • The drift

After that you will start to navigate in the channel of the school and then you will go on the Sea.

This course is the perfect way to learn how to sail!
