We introduce three different mountain bikes rides according to your level and preferences. The three routes have been chosen for their beautiful landscapes.

Route 1) Llafranc - Ermadàs - Platja del Castell (15km - 2h30)
From the rocky coasts of Llafranc, you will take the secondary roads to Ermedás and its olds farmehouses and fortress-houses, builded to fend off pirates. Finally, you will cycle to "Platja del Castell", one of the few beaches of the Costa Brava preserved in the wild and bordered to the South by an old Iberian village.

Route 2) Llafranc - Esclanyà - Pals (20 km - 3h)
This is a very attractive route, without any type of slope and suitable for everyone. First, you will pedal towards the tower of l'Esclanyà, once there you will head towards Pals, a fortified city of great beauty where you can observe the last vestiges of the "Tower of the hours", castle destroyed during the Spanish Civil War.

Route 3) Llafranc - Palafrugell - Fitor (20 km [slope 300m] - 3h30)
You will leave Llafranc and go towards Palafrugell, a famous city throughout the region for its renowned cork industry. Once there, you will head towards Fitor, an old abandoned village that is located in the middle of the mountains in the old crossing of roads between Gerona, the coast and the "Pla de l'Empordà"
