Conditions of Golf in les Gavarres - WEEKDAYS
During winter, the club will be opened from 8h to 18h. Please, use the 'comments' field to indicate us when would you like to do this activity (within the hours given). We will confirm you if the activity is available for that hour and day.
Out of bounds (Rule 27) Indicated by paint markings and white picket fences or prioritized in this order. A ball that crosses a public road defined as out of bounds and ends replenishing beyond this, is out of bounds even if sit in another part of the field. HOLE
Optional areas Dropping balls only declared unplayable due to the out of bounds fence marked with white stripes and the impossibility of "drop" not nearer the hole, they may "drop-" in the "Dropping" more next to the rest of the ball with a penalty stroke.
Clog: Movable obstructions. (Rule 24-1) Bunkers stones besides the well defined by Rule 24 Immovable obstructions. (Rule 24-2) In addition to the well defined by Rule 24, is considered immovable obstructions: output marks all holes. All paved roads, all other roads or trails are an integral part of the course.
Land in repair (Rule 25) are ground under repair: Closed areas marked with blue stakes and/or lines of white or blue paint. Areas with damage caused by wild boars are marked as such or not.
Electrical cables and towers If a ball hits a wire or an electrical tower, the shot must necessarily be canceled and repeated without penalty. If the ball is not immediately recoverable it can be replaced by another.
Placement of the ball If a ball is in a closely mown area through the green it may be lifted without penalty and cleaned. The ball must be marked before it is lifted. If the ball has been lifted, it must be placed in a location within a limit of 15 cm from the original position and not nearer the hole, not in a hazard or green. The ball may be placed only once, and is in play once it has been placed (Rule 20-4). If the ball, when placed, is at rest in the place where it is placed and it subsequently moves, there is no penalty and must be played as it lies, unless the provisions implementing any other Rule. If the ball is not marked before it is lifted or otherwise moved, such as rolling it with a stick, this will incur into a penalty of 1 (one) hit. Penalty for breaking of this Local Rule: 2 times.
Take into account the etiquette Respect Starter instructions. Replace the lawn ("chops"), arrange balls peaks the "greens" and straighten the tracks to the "bunkers". "Swings" are prohibited in test the "tees" exit. Slow play is not allowed. If you are looking ball it is mandatory to give it way. Please place the golf carts out of the "green", output the "tees" and, if possible, from the own "fairway". Proper golf clothing is required at all times during the game, both in field and in the clubhouse. Penalty for breaking these local rules Stroke Play: 2 hits
