During this activity of trekking vertical you will have the opportunity to discover Pyrenees in another way. You will walk and climb ridges or you will climb to the top of a mountain in the Sadernes Valley.

During this activity, you will undoubtedly have the chance to discover different kinds of animals such as deer. The hike crosses by many forests.

This activity lasts a day and half and is accessible for anyone, though we recommend you to have a minimum level of fitness. It can be done at any time of the year, allowing to view the nuances of each season.

Conditions of Climbing and hiking in the Sadernes Valley

This half-day activity will start at around 9 am, the meeting point is in the village of Sadernes.

At the beginning, the guide will explain to you the basis of this activity and then you will go to discover this part of Pyrenees.

The price includes:
- The rent of the equipment (helmet, harness, ropes ...)
- A skilled guide
- Accident insurance and civil responsibility
- Photos of the activity

We recommend to you to bring the food and water that you think necessary to do this activity, to wear confortable and sport clothes/shoes. If you want to do this activity during the winter season, you have to choose the special equipment during the booking process on the "supplements" field.

Children over 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult to perform the activity.
